Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable products. Explain product features, prices, warranties, and payment options. Respond to customer questions and provide accurate product information. Promote available electronics, home appliances, and special offers. Arrange and display products neatly in the store. Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items. Prepare sales receipts and support daily sales record keeping. Follow up with customers when necessary. Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive sales environment. Handle customer complaints politely and refer complex issues to management. Work towards daily and monthly sales targets. Perform other duties assigned by the store manager.
Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. Good communication and customer service skills. Strong interest in sales, electronics, and home appliances. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Ability to learn product specifications quickly. Honest, responsible, punctual, and well presented. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Applicants living in Akobo or nearby areas will have an advantage.
