You may NOT download, copy, share, distribute, resell, record, or stream course content without authorization.

5. Course Enrollment and Access

5.1 Enrollment Terms

By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay applicable course fees, comply with course-specific rules, and respect intellectual property rights.

5.2 Access Duration

Course access is granted based on your subscription type. Free courses provide lifetime access, while paid courses provide access as specified at purchase.

All prices are displayed in the selected currency. You authorize Stopgap to charge your payment method for the course or subscription purchased.

6.2 Billing and Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed at your selected frequency (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime through your account settings

6.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (Stripe, Paystack, Razorpay, OpenPay, Xendit).

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

The platform and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Stopgap does not guarantee that completing courses will result in employment, certification, or specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stopgap's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
