EmpireTech Hub is seeking a smart, organised, and reliable Female Personal Assistant to support daily office activities and provide administrative assistance to management.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle tasks professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointments, meetings, and daily schedules.
  • Answer calls, respond to messages, and handle emails.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Welcome visitors and provide basic front-desk support.
  • Maintain proper records and organise office files.
  • Assist with social media updates and online communication.
  • Follow up with clients, staff, and business partners.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Support the management team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
  • Requirements

    Minimum of SSCE
